How are credits deducted?
Credits are deducted in real-time as you use services. Each agent execution, LLM call, and infrastructure operation has a transparent cost shown in your dashboard.
What happens when credits run out?
Your agents will stop executing until you add more credits. You'll receive email notifications at 20%, 10%, and 0% credit balance.
Is there a minimum purchase?
No minimum purchase required. Add any amount of credits to your account and use them as needed. Credits never expire.
How do I track my usage?
Real-time usage tracking is available in your dashboard at /app/settings/usage. You can see credit balance, cost per operation, and detailed breakdowns by agent.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All costs are transparent and shown before execution. What you see in the pricing table is what you pay.
Can I use the SDK for free?
Yes! The python package (daita-agents) is free to use locally. You only pay for cloud deployments and managed infrastructure.
